Spedia Is one of the greatest pay-to-surf programs that I have found.
not only do you get paid for surfing, you also get paid for playing

All Advantage is one of (if not) the best pay to surf programs on
the net. They pay you 50 cents per hour that you are surfing the net,
with a maximun of 20 hours. That in it's self does not add up to
much, but if you add in referals, you can make quite a good amount
each month.
Currently, Radiofree cash is taking new members, and they are
not yet released, but they will be paying starting July 15th.

Surfing 2 Cash is very similer to All advantage, with the set
pay rate, and limited hours. Again, earn more by refering
other people.
